Family Lawyer (2-6 years PQE plus) - Chichester (Chilgrove)

We are looking for a bright and forward-thinking family lawyer with a minimum of 2 to 6 years of post qualification experience (solicitor or FILEX) to join us at our head office at Chilgrove, near Chichester - although the role comes with the ability to work flexibly from home for some of time. Person Specification

We are looking for a principled and people-focused family lawyer who is fully committed to the Resolution ethos and currently undertake a mixed caseload of financial and children work.  Family Mediation or Collaborative training is a plus; however, if the successful candidate has not yet undertaken Family Mediation or Collaborative training, this may be offered as part of the package for the successful applicant, given the practice’s strong focus on dispute resolution and full commitment to supporting the professional development of all its lawyers.

The successful applicant should be a committed team player, have a strong interest in marketing and networking and be enthusiastic and excited about participating in the continuing development of the practice.
