Celebrating the growth of our Farnham office with arrival of family solicitor Sophie Sibley

We are pleased to welcome specialist family law solicitor Sophie Sibley to the team this month, supporting continued growth of the Farnham office.

Sophie is a recommended lawyer in the Legal 500 (2026) and advises clients across the full spectrum of family law matters, including divorce and separation, matrimonial finances, children matters and injunctions.

Sophie graduated from the University of Exeter with a First Class Honours in Law (LLB), before achieving a distinction for her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. Prior to joining Edward Cooke Family Law, Sophie gained significant experience in family law and children matters whilst working as a paralegal and latterly a solicitor in both a specialist family law firm and a Legal 500 recommended London firm. 

Sophie is a pragmatic and empathetic practitioner, working collaboratively to find practical solutions tailored to her clients' individual circumstances. Sophie is a member of Resolution and has a keen focus on the use of non-court dispute resolution approaches, seeking to minimise conflict in the process and utilising litigation only when necessary.
