Polly is an Associate Solicitor at Edward Cooke Family Law. She advises clients in all areas of family law, but specialises in advising clients in relation to modern family issues.

Career history

Polly qualified as a solicitor in 2020. She trained at a top tier London family law firm, where she gained a wealth of experience in complex financial proceedings for ultra-high- and high-net-worth individuals. Upon qualification, she joined a London boutique family firm, where she developed her modern families practice. Polly relocated to the South Coast and joined Edward Cooke Family Law in December 2025.

Areas of work

Polly works on all family law matters, including divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships, financial remedy applications and arrangements for children.  She has worked on cases involving the international relocation of children and cases concerning serious allegations of abuse.

Polly specialises in modern family issues, including:

• Domestic and international surrogacy arrangements;
• Declaration of parentage;
• Donor conception, including drafting and advising on known donor agreements; and
• Advising LGBTQ+ parents and single parents on their journey to parenthood.

Professional background

Polly is a member of Resolution, an organisation for family lawyers which promotes a constructive and non-confrontational approach to family law cases.

She has completed training in being trauma-informed, and aims to create a safe space for her clients so that they can navigate the process in the best possible way.

Outside of work

Polly has openly spoken about her own fertility struggles on 'The Worst Girl Gang Ever' podcast. Helping clients who face similar struggles is a real passion of hers.

Outside of work, Polly enjoys living an active lifestyle with her family. Her interests include playing golf, tennis and being by the coast.
