Sophie graduated from the University of Exeter with First Class Honours in Law (LLB) and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, achieving a distinction.

She began her career in family law in 2021 at a specialist family law firm in Central London, where she worked as a paralegal in the International Children department, assisting on complex and sensitive children matters. In 2022, Sophie commenced her training contract at a Legal 500 London law firm and qualified into the private family department in 2024.
